Under voltage coil used to safe braker from under voltage condition. If voltage is below to certain level then it will trip the braker .

Shut trip works when there is any short ckt, current changes from set points , and other saftey parameter that need for braker is sense by sending device like micrologic in schinder type breaker , then it trip or off braker immediately.
